Two people were killed and one person was transported to the hospital after a car overturned in a crash in Marina del Rey, the California Highway Patrol confirmed Monday. The crash occurred in the 170 block of Via Marina Court around 5 p.m. Two people were discovered to be dead when authorities arrived, CHP said. One other person was taken to the hospital. One of the victims was a woman in her 20s.

A fourth occupant was transported to a local trauma center in critical condition.
