A 19-year-old has been arrested and charged in connection to an October crash that left two Norwell High School students dead.

Scott Mills, Superintendent of Northern Wells Community Schools, said students organized a prayer vigil before school Wednesday morning. Counselors and clergy have also been made available for students.
Driver sentenced to six years behind bars for fatal crash
Serafini, now 20-years-old, was sentenced to six years in prison. In January, he pleaded guilty to two level 5 felony counts of causing death when operating a motor vehicle with an ACE of .08 or more.
Four teenagers were riding in a vehicle when the driver crashed into a tree. Johnny Kidwell and James McCune died in the crash, while Abbagail Harris, 19, and the driver, Andrew Serafini, 19, did not suffer life threatening injuries. Serafini has been charged with driving under the influence, minor posession, and two counts of reckless homicide for the deaths of his passengers.
