Funeral for Galesburg woman who died in crash

A Galesburg woman killed while driving to check on her injured husband will be laid to rest this weekend.
Jackie Wine, 47, had just learned that her husband had been in a car crash at a local race track, and began trying to get to the track as fast as possible to provide support. Reports say that Wine did not have her seat belt buckled, and was speeding at 75 in a 55 mph zone when she failed to properly negotiate a curve, and was thrown from her rolling car. She was pronounced dead less than a mile away from her destination. Ironically, her husband was uninjured in his car crash.
