Hamed A. Baher, 43, injured in a rear-end collision involving a semi-truck and a car on Interstate 29 in Holt County, Missouri

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2023 Peterbilt semi driven by Miguel A. Guzman, 65, Miami, Florida, was southbound in the right lane on Interstate 29 twelve miles south of Mound City. The vehicle rear-ended a 2017 Toyota Sienna driven by Hamed A. Baher, 43, Olathe, who had slowed to avoid striking an animal in the road.
