I stopped at the scene right after it happened. I am a nurse and stopped to help as emergency vehicles were not at the scene. When I walked up, the male was deceased. Witnesses reported that the man was by the center divider walking around "oddly", and dodged a car to "dive" in front of an oncoming semi truck. They believed it was a suicide attempt.

No way a suice act.!!

As a family member I'm asking all who comment please don't post theories or assumptions or hearsay this is and has been difficult enough on our family. But if you have creditable information we welcome your input we have many questions and very few answers. But i can tell you this. There is no way that young man committed suicide. If you knew him you would no doubt agree. He loved and lived life to the fullest. As i stated before if anyone knows anything we really would like to hear from you.

I was a witness to your sons death if you would like to speak with me you can email [email protected]

Heartbreaking. Miss you justin so much
