Sean O’Leary, 43, from Carlisle, Pennsylvania, was driving a minivan as he entered I-40 Westbound traveling in the wrong direction around 3 a.m. Monday morning and collided head-on with a tractor-trailer, according Trooper Kelley Rhodes with the North Carolina State Highway Patrol.
