The Knoxville News Sentinel reports that Erik New was driving eastbound in a tractor-trailer when he crossed median and hit a Nissan Sentra driven by Nancy Tooley of Tompkinsville, Kentucky, before striking another truck driven by Noel Feliciano, of Winchester, Virginia.
