Two dead in Tyler plane crash

The Piper PA-31 Navajo crashed shortly after takeoff and was located around 8 a.m. in a grassy area nearby.

Family: Pastor killed in plane crash near Tyler airport

Thursday afternoon, a family member confirmed Trevor Morris was killed in the crash. Morris is a pastor at Union Hill Baptist Church in Brownsboro. He has five children. Morris was also the vice president at Burton Oil Service Operations.

Pilot in fatal plane crash near Tyler Pounds identified

Authorities released the pilot's name who was killed Thursday when his plane crashed just outside Tyler Pounds Regional Airport.     

NTSB releases preliminary crash report on fatal plane wreck near Tyler Pounds

The National Transportation Safety Board has released a preliminary crash report on the fatal plane wreck that happened July 14.
