Accomack County, Va. – On December 9 around 9:30 p.m., Virginia State Police were called to a crash on Lankford Highway involving serious injuries. West was charged with involuntary manslaughter and for driving under the influence.

According to police, a 2002 Mitsubishi Lancer with three passengers and a driver lost control traveling north on Route 13 at a high rate of speed. The car spun backwards into a culvert on a Route 13 median, which ejected one of the backseat passengers.
