Troopers: Woman dies in fiery Skagit County crash
Investigators are on scene working to determine what caused the crash. The medical examiner is expected to confirm the identity of the driver on Tuesday through medical records.

Passersby attempted to pull the woman out of the vehicle, but were unable to open the door. Instead, they attached a chain around the door to pull it off, but before they were able to get the person out of the vehicle, it burst into flames, Francis said.
Coroner identifies woman killed in car accident near Rockport
Kailey A. Hanson, 19, of Darrington, was driving west on the highway in a black 1985 Nissan pickup truck when her vehicle went onto the right shoulder near milepost 57, about 10 miles south of Rockport, according to a State Patrol accident memo.
It was just before 5:00pm when a woman driving a truck on State Route 530 veered off the roadway for an unknown reason, causing the truck to land upside-down and catch fire. Bystanders attempted to save the woman by pulling off the truck door with a chain, but the fire was too intense to rescue her and she was killed.
