A GMC Sierra crashed into the dining area of a Chili's restaurant in Martinsville, Indiana on Wednesday evening, injuring as many as eleven people and prompting a multi-agency emergency response. The incident occurred around 5:30 p.m.
Christoper Sweet, 35, was traveling east in a westbound lane of Interstate 70 about 8 miles west of Mooresville when the collision happened at approximately 11 p.m. Sweet’s Chevy Impala crashed into a semi truck and caught fire. Sweet was pronounced deceased at the crash site.
